These details or any other information collected are for the use CLV FINANCE, responsible of the processing, and is (or may be) material to the underwriting. All this information might have a bearing on risk assessment and loan processing, servicing and litigation. It cannot be used for commercial and marketing purposes but to satisfy with legal and regulatory requirements.
In accordance with current regulations, CLV FINANCE has the right to check the truth and accuracy of the information and details provided. It is a criminal offence to give misleading or incorrect information in connection with a loan application. Specific actions may be taken to prevent fraud.
- The information and personal details provided may be disclosed to other CLV FINANCE partners which have signed a sub-processing contract with CLV FINANCE for processing and servicing purposes and to allow us to provide you with offers in line with your financial situation.
