What are the costs involved with arranging a French mortgage ?
Bank arrangement fee
Fees are based upon a charge of 1% of the mortgage amount. CLV FINANCE signed agreements with some banks to limit the fee to 400€ or 600€ and with some other banks it will be 1%.

CLV FINANCE charges a set fee depending on the mortgage amount :
