What is the maximum loan duration ?
Maximum loan duration depends on the lender, but is usually 20-25 years. However, the maximum loan term should be complete before any borrower's 75th birthday.
Mortgages are possible beyond this age, but the life assurance premiums would increase significantly or you wont be insured after 75.
